A native of Texas, Dr. Helms received his primary and secondary education at Amarillo Christian Schools. He received his pre-chiropractic training at Lubbock Christian University. After graduating from Texas Chiropractic College, he interned at the famed T.C.C. Clinic in Houston, receiving his license to practice in Texas in 1987.
Dr. Helms constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropractic and has completed extensive study in Texas Chiropractic College post-graduate programs.
Dr. Helms is licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners and served as a Designated Doctor for the Texas Workers Compensation Commission.
As well as appearing on radio and television, Dr. Helms wrote a monthly column on sports injuries for a popular ski magazine. Dr. Helms has been in active practice since 1987 at the San Antonio location.
Dr. Helms has called San Antonio home since 1988 and enjoys golf, scuba diving, aviation, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Chiropractor William Seidl D.C.
Dr. Seidl is an extremely passionate, caring, and driven doctor who strives to help his patients live a pain-free and active life. He believes it’s important to educate his patients on the many benefits of chiropractic care for people of all ages, and always finds the time to listen to their concerns and answer any questions they may have.
Dr. Seidl was born and raised in the small town of Bird Island, Minnesota. He started his undergraduate studies at Saint Cloud State University and finished his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Dr. Seidl graduated with honors in 2010.
Dr. Seidl comes from a family of chiropractors. Both his brother and sister are practicing chiropractors in his home state of Minnesota. Dr. Seidl was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with his siblings before moving to San Antonio, Texas in 2017.
Dr. Seidl continues to improve his chiropractic education through postgraduate courses. He is currently in the process of becoming certified as an Athletic Trainer so he can better help patients of all ages achieve their fitness goals.
In Dr. Seidl’s spare time he likes to play both sand and indoor volleyball, hike, fish, and spend time at home with his two dogs. Dr. Seidl has a 6-year-old German Shepherd and a 2-year-old mix breed he rescued from a local shelter when he moved to San Antonio in 2017.
