In 2009 Align Chiropractic was opened to serve the Treasure Valley by providing the very best in effective chiropractic care. We realized that we can do even more to help our patients by adopting a more integrated model. This is why in 2018 we created the new Align Integrated Medical Clinic. Why is the Discount Challenge prize amount $15,024? Because that is the average “per-occurrence” fine for Medicare inducements.
