Dr. David N. Block, DC
Dr. Block was born in New York and completed his education at Brooklyn College earning a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. Dr. Block earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1992 and went on to complete his post doctorate residency at the Kale Chiropractic Hospital and Research Center in Spartanburg South Carolina. With this team of specialists, they traveled to Ukraine in 1993 to educate their doctors in his natural, painless, drug free approach to health. Upon his return to Chesapeake, Dr. Block started and has successfully run one of the largest chiropractic clinics in the area, serving the health needs of nearly 23,000 men, women and children. Married in 1995 to Stacey, they celebrated the birth of their daughter Riley in 2000. Dr. Block has testified as an expert witness in court, served on the Workers Compensation panel for Chesapeake, was appointed Auxiliary Deputy Sheriff and also works closely with several local civic groups and charities. Dr. Block, his family and his staff of over 25 have dedicated their lives to enhancing the health of others.
Dr. Block is a member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine.

Why is the Discount Challenge prize amount $15,024? Because that is the average “per-occurrence” fine for Medicare inducements.
