CLIENT SERVICES TEAM
It’s about a team, and this team is looking for you! Our client services team is growing and looking for two people to join us.
What are we looking for?
For starters, a genuinely good person. If you have an outgoing personality, enjoy providing a high level of service, take pride in your work, and enjoy having fun while you do it, please keep reading.
We serve doctors nationwide, working directly with them and their teams to ensure they have compliant financial choices for their patients. As a client services team member, you will work primarily on the phone, interacting with our doctors. We’ll provide training and guidance and are committed to setting you up for success. Work is remote except for monthly training days. Typically, 3-4 days per month in the office after the initial training period.

We offer paid health insurance for employees after 3 months, bonuses after 6 months, and a 401K after 12 months with the company. Family health coverage and other insurance products are offered through payroll deduction. We also provide many other fun perks. We have a flexible PTO program. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Why is the Discount Challenge prize amount $15,024? Because that is the average “per-occurrence” fine for Medicare inducements. That’s not $15,024 per patient, that’s not per provider, that’s PER VISIT. Stinks, doesn’t it? To us, the prize amount is worth the investment if we can help our profession better understand proper discounting.
